摘  要：“保教结合”是幼儿教育的基本原则，也是幼儿园管理工作的出发点和归宿;是教育观、管理观的有效体现，也是衡量保教质量的重要标准。可以说“保教结合”的理念早已深深烙在每个幼教人的心中，但它真正落实到大家的自觉行为，渗透到一日活动的各个环节了吗？那问题的根源在哪里？如何解决呢？我园从寻找问题入手进行了积极的探索与尝试。

Analysis of the Combination of Care and Education in one day Activities in Kindergartens

【Abstract】"The combination of care and education" is the basic principle of early childhood education，and it is also the starting point and end point of kindergarten management;it is an effective embodiment of education and management concepts，and is also an important standard for measuring the quality of care and education. It can be said that the concept of "combination of care and education" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of every kindergartener，but has it really been implemented in everyone's conscious behavior and permeated all aspects of the day's activities？ Where is the source of the problem？ How to solve it？ Our park has made active explorations and attempts starting from finding the problem.

幼儿园的一日活动主要是从早上进园开始到放学回家，其中进行的早间操、吃饭、喝水、午睡，这些日常活动，还有在幼儿园里进行的游戏、校园课堂教育活动、课外活动，这是幼儿园里的一天之内发生的事情。一日活动中的保教结合，是保育和教育相结合，对幼儿的身心健康进行保护和教育，每个班三个保教老师共同完成。

3岁到6岁的幼儿，首当其冲的是要保護幼儿的身体健康发育，现阶段的幼儿园虽然在《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的教导下对幼儿进行保教结合的教育方式，但还是有“重教轻保”的现象存在，只重视幼儿学进去多少东西，忽视幼儿的身体、心灵和社会大方向上的健康教育。教师要树立保育意识，加强幼儿心理思想上的教育，还要对幼儿的身体进行合理的关怀，结合幼儿的实际状况，实施健康科学的保育和教育，让幼儿在幼儿园一日活动中度过快乐健康、学习有意义知识的丰富童年。……
