摘  要：文章以创新集群（Innovation Cluster）理论为研究视角，针对地方院校数字媒体专业人才培养与社会用人需求脱节的问题，将数字媒体专业教学改革过程中涉及的多元主体要素（政府、企业、大学、研究机构、用人单位）作为研究对象，将其纳入到“创新集群”这一理论框架中，分析创新集群各主体互嵌的动因、机理、内容及途径，明确“互嵌式”教学改革的要素、结构和基本特征。并对传统的“课堂教学+实践教学”进行重构，从认知互嵌、资源互嵌、组织互嵌、结构互嵌、人际互嵌、利益互嵌六个维度出发，提出“互嵌式”教学改革实施路径，旨在打造“人才共培、专业共建、平台共创、成果共管、责任共担、互利共赢”的创新集群利益共同体。

Abstract： Taking the Innovation Cluster theory as the research perspective， aiming at the disconnection between the cultivation of digital media professionals in local colleges and the social employment demand， the paper takes the multi-subject elements （government， enterprises， universities， research institutions and employers） involved in the teaching reform of digital media as the research object. This paper puts it into the theoretical framework of "innovation cluster"， analyzes the motivation， mechanism， content and way of "mutual embedding" of each subject of innovation cluster， and clarifies the elements， structure and basic characteristics of "mutual embedding" teaching reform. And the traditional "classroom teaching + practice teaching" is reconstructed， and the implementation path of "mutual embedding" teaching reform is put forward from six dimensions： mutual embedding of cognition， mutual embedding of resources， mutual embedding of organization， mutual embedding of structure， mutual embedding of people and mutual embedding of interests. The aim is to build a community of interest in innovation cluster， which it aims to build an innovation cluster interest community of "joint talent training， professional co-construction， platform co-creation， achievement co-management， responsibility sharing， mutual benefit and win-win".

一、地方高校數字媒体专业教育发展及教学研究现状

2016年11月，国务院印发《“十三五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》，数字创意产业首次纳入国家战略性新兴产业发展规划。2020年9月，国家发展改革委、科技部、工业和信息化部、财政部等四部门联合出台《关于扩大战略性新兴产业投资 培育壮大新增长点增长极的指导意见》，提出应增强产业集群创新引领力，加快建设数字创意产业集群，鼓励数字创意产业与文教、旅游、智慧农业等领域融合发展。伴随着新兴产业飞速发展的是不同层次、不同岗位专业化人才的缺失，尤其是具有创新综合职业能力高端人才的荒芜。……
