摘  要：我国经济不断快速增长变化，现代信息技术日益发展进步，促使许多高新技术和创新理念不断涌现和普及，极大地改变了社会的生产方式、国民日常的生活方式和普罗大众的思维、理念、行为，同时也给新时期的公共图书馆的服务工作带来了不小的冲击。在当下现代化、信息化的时代大背景下，公共图书馆的服务工作也应顺应大势所趋，需要不断地把握方向，积极主动构筑新时期的创新服务新模式，为建设现代化图书馆助力，才能更好地提高图书馆的吸引力，发挥现代化公共图书馆的社会作用。该文探讨了新时期公共图书馆应具备的服务意识，并对新时期公共图书馆的服务创新提出相应的优化策略。

Research on the Service Innovation of Public Libraries in the New Era

Abstract： China's economy is growing and changing rapidly， and modern information technology is developing and progressing day by day， which promotes the continuous emergence and popularization of many high-tech and innovative ideas， which have greatly changed the social production methods， people's daily life styles， and the thinking， ideas， and ideas of the general public. At the same time， the behavior has brought a lot of impact to the service work of public libraries in the new era. Under the current background of modernization and informatization， the service work of public libraries should also conform to the general trend. It is necessary to constantly grasp the direction and actively build a new innovative service model in the new period， and help the construction of modern libraries， so as to better improve the attraction of libraries and give full play to the social role of modern public libraries. This article discusses the service awareness that public libraries should have in the new era， and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for the service innovation of public libraries in the new era.

隨着经济物质基础得到相应的保障以及教育的普及，国民素质呈现不断提高的态势，对于便捷、高效的知识型服务的诉求也与日俱增。在当今现代化、信息化的时代浪潮的冲击下，伴随着信息技术、数字资源的发展，社会公众获取知识的方式不再仅限于纸质媒介、公共图书馆和课堂教育，而是突破了时空限制，从各种渠道、采取不同方式、不分昼夜地获取知识。比如从阅读方式方面来说，人们可以看纸质书籍也可以看电子书籍，可以选择看书或者听书，可以到图书馆阅读也可以选择公众号阅读[1]。在这样的背景下，公共图书馆必须不断调整，创新自身的服务体系，与时代相携，永葆生命活力。……
