摘  要：高校毕业生的档案对于学生自身来说，是极为重要的，它是记录了学生在学习生涯中各类能力的进步与思想觉悟的重要材料。在管理模式与管理技术上，如今的高校毕业生档案管理都存在一些不足，档案管理人员的管理素质也有待提升，这给高校毕业生的档案管理工作带给了一定的难题。因此，该文基于信息化手段为依托对创新高校毕业生档案管理的方法进行分析，并提出相应对策。

Relying on the Use of Informatization Means to Innovate the Methods of College Graduate File Management

Abstract： The archives of college graduates are extremely important to the students themselves. It is an important material that records the progress and ideological awareness of students in various abilities during their study career. In terms of management mode and management technology， today's college graduates' archives management has some deficiencies， and the management quality of the file managers needs to be improved， which brings certain problems to the file management of college graduates. Therefore， this article analyzes the method of innovating the archives management of college graduates based on information technology， and proposes corresponding countermeasures.

随着我国信息技术的发展，高校毕业生档案的管理模式也受到启发，如何在信息化时代利用信息化手段创新高校毕业生的档案管理成了高校就业指导中心研究的课题。高校毕业生档案对于学生来说，不仅关乎于学生步入社会后的就业问题，还对其未来的工作生活有着一定的影响，因此急需探索一种优质、便捷的档案管理方式，改善现如今陈旧的高校毕业生档案管理现状;利用信息化的手段，探索科学有效的档案管理方法[1]。

1  傳统模式下高校毕业生档案管理中存在的问题

1.1 档案管理制度陈旧，技术落后

在现如今高校毕业生档案管理的过程中，还存在着使用陈旧的档案管理模式，对学生的毕业信息收集情况不明朗;在档案的录入过程中，还使用传统的人工输入，这大大增加了高校毕业生档案信息不完整或出现错误的可能性。值得注意的是，一些高校的毕业生档案管理的信息化技术水平明显达不到要求，以至于在记录高校毕业生的学习成绩时，也需要档案管理人员逐层查阅，这不仅严重地降低了记录高校毕业生档案的效率，也增加了信息出现差错的概率。……
