摘  要：家庭、学校、社会在教育中分别肩负着不同的职责，想要培养合格的社会主义接班人，实现中华民族的强国梦想，应该是始于学校，家庭共育，社会协同，只有这样，才能全方位地对学生进行教育。育人不只是教育工作者的职责，家庭与社会也应该担当其相应的责任，父母是孩子的第一任老师，同时社会也是学生走出校园的第一任老师。因此，该文会分析家庭、学校以及社会在教育中扮演的不同角色，以及拥有的不同地位，以此使家庭、学校以及社会在教育中都能发挥最大的作用，促进学生的全面长成，为祖国培养合格的接班人，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

On the Role Positioning of Family， School and Society in Education

Abstract： Family， school， and society each shoulder different responsibilities in education. If we want to cultivate qualified socialist successors and realize the dream of a powerful country for the Chinese nation， we should start from school， family co education and social cooperation. Only in this way can they educate students in an all-round way. Educating people is not only the responsibility of educators. At the same time， family and society should also shoulder their corresponding responsibilities. Parents are the children's first teachers， and society is also the first for students to get out of campus. Therefore， this article will analyze the different roles and positions of family， school， and society in education， so as to enable family， school， and society to play the greatest role in education and promote the overall growth of students. To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by training qualified successors for the motherland.

隨着时代的发展，国家不断进步，对人才的需求也更高，同时随着时代的进步，人们的思想观念也发生了巨大的变化，在这一大的时代背景下，学校不再是学生唯一的教育场所，学生极易受到来自各种因素、各方面的影响。因此，现阶段，仅凭单一的学校教育远远不能满足学生的教育需求，家庭与社会应该协助学校一起对学生进行共育教育，以此使三者相互补充、相互渗透，使其有机地融合在一起，拧成一股力量，发挥各自得到优势和作用，使教育的效果事半功倍，促进学生全方位成长。

1  家庭教育、学校教育与社会教育三者之间的共生原则

1.1 彼此适应原则

家庭教育、学校教育以及社会教育，三者都是独一无二的，在教育方面，它们有着不同的优点和缺点，三者之间彼此适应，才能共同做好学生的教育工作，使家庭教育、学校教育以及社会教育发挥最大的作用，将自身的优点淋漓尽致地发挥出来。……
