摘  要：在教育改革工作大力发展下，高校教育与发展情况逐渐受到国家、社会以及民众等多层面的关注，而辅导员作为高校工作中的重要组成部分，其职业能力水平在很大程度上影响着学生发展情况与高校发展前景。当前，我国多数高校积极响应国家号召，逐渐对专职辅导员进行职业能力培训，提升辅导员专业素养与能力。然而部分地方高校辅导员职业能力有待提升，造成这种现象的原因也错综复杂。因此，该文探析在新时代下提升高校辅导员职业能力的重要性与现状，并提出相应策略，以期提升地方高校辅导员的职业水平。

On the Current Situation and Path Exploration of the Professional Ability Development of Full-time Counselors in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract： With the vigorous development of education reform， the education and development of colleges and universities are gradually concerned by the state， society and the people. As an important part of college work， counselors' professional ability level affects the development of students and the development prospect of colleges and universities to a great extent. At present， most colleges and universities in China actively respond to the call of the state， and gradually carry out professional ability training for full-time counselors to improve their professional quality and ability. However， the professional ability of some local college counselors needs to be improved， and the reasons for this phenomenon are complex. Therefore， this paper analyzes the importance and current situation of improving the professional ability of college counselors in the new era， and puts forward corresponding strategies， in order to improve the professional level of local college counselors.

目前，我国高校教育蓬勃发展、日新月异，辅导员职业能力水平也成为社会各界所广泛关注的内容之一。在教育改革工作的不断深入发展下，各高校逐渐加大对提升辅导员职业能力水平的培训力度，同时加强在平时工作中对辅导员专业化水平的考核力度，从而有效提升其专职化能力水平。但从具体情况而言，部分地方高校辅导员职业能力与专业水平仍有待提升。目前，如何在当今时代应用各类方法有效提升地方高校辅导员职业能力水平已成为高校教育工作者研究热点和重点。

1  提升高校辅导员职业能力水平的重要性分析

1.1 能有效踐行高校立德树人的教育理念

目前，高校学生的培养工作以立德树人的理念为基础而开展，辅导员职业能力水平是有效落实相关工作、践行该教育理念、帮助高校学生全面发展的重要影响因素。……
