摘  要：醫疗设备是临床学科工作最基本要素之一，同时也能为临床诊疗工作提供可靠的依据，而要充分发挥医疗设备在临床学科工作中的重要作用，就需要临床工程技术人员全面遵循临床工程技术理念做好医疗设备安全风险管理，以最大程度地保障医疗设备管理质量和降低其故障或风险事件发生率，才能发挥其应用的价值。该文简述了临床工程技术的定义，并总结了几点基于临床工程技术层面的医疗设备安全风险管理策略。

Safety Risk Management of Medical Equipment Based on Clinical Engineering Technology

Abstract： Medical equipment is one of the most basic elements of clinical discipline work， and it can also provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. To give full play to the important role of medical equipment in clinical discipline work， clinical engineering technicians need to fully follow the concept of clinical engineering technology and do a good job in medical equipment safety risk management. In order to maximize the quality of medical equipment management and reduce the incidence of failure or risk events， its application value can be brought into play. This article mainly briefly describes the definition of clinical engineering technology， and summarizes several medical equipment safety risk management strategies based on clinical engineering technology.

随着现代医疗技术的快速发展，大量的医疗设备被广泛应用于临床，虽为临床诊疗工作提供了巨大的便利条件，但是受医疗设备自身性能不足、构件损坏、使用时间较长等因素的影响，在运行过程中也存在较多的安全隐患，一旦医疗设备发生安全问题，不仅会影响临床疾病诊治工作的顺利进行，同时还会对相关人员的人身安全构成严重威胁，因此需要临床全面加强医疗设备安全风险管理。现阶段，随着我国临床工程技术的发展，不少临床已从临床工程技术层面进行医疗设备安全风险管理，也即要求临床工程技术人员从工程技术角度出发，探索有效的医疗设备安全风险管理技术和方法，为医疗设备的质量安全管理提供重要的技术支撑和保障，从而全面提升医疗设备的质量和保障其使用的安全性[1]。……
