摘  要：数字化时代到来后，国内企业财务工作急需向着数字化转型，企业树立财务共享服务理念，建设并运行财务共享服务模式，有助于顺利实现转型目标，深入融合业财资税，促进企业内部环境与外部环境的有机连接，达到数据共享的互联互通状态，把握时代机遇更好的应对市场激烈竞争。该文概述了财务共享服务模式，明确了财务共享服务模式对企业财务数字化转型的重要作用，分析了财务共享服务视角下的企业财务数字化转型现状，探讨了基于财务共享服务模式的企业财务数字化转型可行策略，以供参考。

On the Transformation Strategy of Enterprise Financial Digitization Based on Financial Shared Service Model

Abstract： After the advent of the digital era， the financial work of domestic enterprises urgently needs to be transformed into digital. Enterprises set up financial shared service concept， build and operate the financial shared service mode， which will help to successfully achieve the transformation goal， deeply integrate the industry， finance and taxation， promote the organic connection between the internal environment and the external environment， to achieve the interconnection of data sharing， and grasp the opportunity of the times and better deal with the fierce market competition. This paper summarizes the financial shared service model， defines the important role of the financial shared service model in the enterprise financial digital transformation， analyzes the current situation of the enterprise financial digital transformation from the perspective of financial shared service， and discusses the feasible strategy of the enterprise financial digital transformation based on the financial shared service model for reference.

近年來，随着社会信息技术的快速发展，财务共享逐渐成为企业改革创新财务管理工作的主要路径，是企业可持续发展和不断扩大规模的有力财务保障。然而，纵观我国企业发展现状不难发现，仍旧容易出现财务信息监管困难、传递不及时、过于混乱等现象，给企业发展带来严重影响，阻碍了财务数字化工作体系的建设。由此可见，研究基于财务共享服务模式的企业财务数字化转型策略具有重要现实意义。

1  财务共享服务模式相关概述

所谓财务共享服务，简单来说就是企业在现代化发展中所实施的一种新型管理模式，运用统一的会计核算方法、统一的会计系统、统一的系统平台、统一的操作流程辅助企业共享和管理财务数据。……
