摘  要：随着我国城镇化进程速度加快，建筑与人的联系更加紧密、不可分割，建筑消防的重要性不断提升。传统的建筑消防管控措施及消防手段已经无法满足人们的需求，消防安防云智慧技术应运而生。该文主要介绍消防安防云智慧技术在建筑消防系统终端的应用，为人们的健康和财产安全提供更加可靠、安全的保障，降低消防员的工作风险，助力我国社会繁荣、稳定、和谐、健康发展。

Application of Fire Security Cloud Intelligent Technology in Fire Control System Terminal Construction

Abstract： With the acceleration of the urbanization in China， the connection between buildings and people is closer and inseparable， and the importance of fire security construction is constantly increasing. Traditional building fire control measures and fire control methods have been unable to meet people's needs， fire security cloud intelligent technology emerged. This paper mainly introduces the application of fire security cloud intelligent technology in building fire control system terminal， provides more reliable and safe guarantee for people's health and property safety， reduces the risk of firefighters' work， and contributes to the prosperity， stability， harmony and healthy development of our society.

近几年，我国政治、经济、社会等领域都取得飞跃式发展，城镇化速度加快，人类建筑面积迅速扩张。随之而来的，便是新闻、报道中屡屡出现的建筑消防问题，给人们的健康、财产、生命安全带来巨大损失及不可磨灭的精神伤害。得益于云计算、大数据、物联网等高新技术的迅猛发展，人们开始探索云智慧技术在建筑消防领域的运用，以及更加智能高效的监控监管措施，能够更早、更快、更全面地发现消防隐患点，从而及时消灭或管控火灾;其远程灭火的智能手段，能够更精准地灭除起火点，同时降低消防员的工作风险。

1  消防安防云智慧技术在建筑消防系统终端中的应用现状

1.1 选择性安装，系统应用范围比较集中

消防安防云智慧技术在建筑消防系统终端的应用时间并不长，从成本及应用效果来看，大多数城市进行消防系统的应用规划时，基本都会选择在商圈、影院、行政大楼集中区、学校、居民住宅区等建筑或是人群密集的区域安装建筑消防智能系统。……
