摘  要：知识服务已广泛应用于图书情报领域。大数据时代，单一、保守的地质资料信息服务模式已经难以满足用户的需求，面向知识服务实现地质资料的管理势在必行。知识服务的特点是基于知识内容，以用户需求为中心，融入用户决策，提供解决方案。地质资料与图书情报具有共性，蕴含着海量的知识信息，是科技情报工作的基础。该文在分析地质资料现状的基础上，提出基于本体构建地质数据组织模型、基于关联数据实现地质资料机构知识库的语义扩展的思路，以及面向地质大数据的语义检索机制，促进地质资料管理向知识服务转型。

Discussion on the Design of Geological Data Knowledge Base and Knowledge Retrieval Model

Abstract： Knowledge service has been widely used in the field of library and information. In the era of big data， the single and conservative geological data information service mode has been difficult to meet the needs of users. It is imperative to realize the management of geological data for knowledge service. The characteristics of knowledge service are based on knowledge content， centered on user needs， integrated into user decision-making， providing solutions. Geological data and library information have the same characteristics， which contain a large amount of knowledge information， and are the basis of scientific and technological information work. Based on the analysis of the current situation of geological data， this paper puts forward the idea of building geological data organization model based on ontology， realizing semantic expansion of geological data institutional repository based on related data， and semantic retrieval mechanism for geological big data， so as to promote the transformation of geological data management to knowledge service.

地質资料的本质属性是提供社会服务，为国民经济发展提供地质信息。随着信息时代和知识经济时代的到来，传统的地质数据服务模式难以满足社会发展的需要，地质数据向知识服务的转化成为当今研究的热点[1]。知识服务的概念起源于图书情报领域，是以信息资源为基础，以知识内容为中心，以用户需求为驱动，融入用户决策过程，帮助用户查找或形成解决方案的一种增值服务。

知识服务在图书档案领域产生了一系列的研究成果，地质数据具有档案和图书的双重属性，但又有所不同。地质数据是一种专业的科技档案，包含海量的知识信息，便于对地质数据进行深度分析、提取和聚合知识，提供知识服务。……
