摘  要：技能型军士是我军建设发展的重要力量，针对实践课程的特点及在技能型军士人才培养中的作用，研究了技能型军士培养中“工匠精神”的内涵、构成要素及生成之路，阐述了教员在“工匠精神”培育中的设计和引领作用，并从课程设计、组织实施和有效评价三个阶段，探索了在实践课程教学中实施“工匠精神”培育的策略，从而全面提升技能型军士人才的综合能力。

Abstract： Skilled sergeants are important force in the construction and development of our army. According to the characteristics of practical courses and their role in the cultivation of skilled sergeants， the connotation， constituent elements， formation characteristics and generation path of "craftsman spirit" in the cultivation of skilled sergeants are studied， and the designing and leading role of teachers in the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" are expounded. From the three stages of course design， organization and implementation，and effective evaluation， the cultivating strategy of "craftsman spirit" in practical course teaching is explored， so as to improve the comprehensive ability of skilled sergeant comprehensively.

军士是军队作战训练、教育管理、装备操作和维修的重要骨干。不断发展的装备操作、维修和管理更是需要一大批技术高超、经验丰富、作风过硬的高素质技能型军士人才，即“工匠型”人才。高等职业技术教育是技术技能型军士人才培养的重要途径，是带领军士学员步入专业领域，培养专业技能的重要场所，是引导技能型军士树立尽职敬业、科学思维的起始点，是坚定理想信念，丰富家国情怀、奋斗精神的再造厂。实践课程在军士高等职业教育中具有价值引领、知识教育、能力培养的多重功能，承载着培养军士学员世界观、人生观、价值观的作用。以专业实践课为主阵地，如何在有限的教学课时内，最大化夯实军士学员岗位实践所需的专业理论知识和实践操作技能的同时，培养军士学员团结协作、乐于奉献，爱岗敬业、求实创新，以及坚强过硬的军事素养，是技能型军士实践课程教学中要深入研究并不断探索的课题。……
