摘  要：实验教学示范中心在培养学生创新实践能力过程中发挥重要作用，通过分析中山市地方产业优势，结合学校招生专业特点，对生物健康实验教学示范中心实验室进行合理规划与改造升级，改善和提升实验室硬件;在示范中心的内涵式发展中，按照“一靶标、二课堂、三层次、四融合、五模块”的思路进行生物健康实验教学示范中心的建设。目前，生物健康实验教学示范中心已建设成为省级实验教学示范中心。

Abstract： The experimental teaching demonstration center plays an important role in the process of cultivating students' innovative and practical ability. By analyzing the local industrial advantages of Zhongshan City and combining with the characteristics of school enrollment， we reasonably plan and upgrade the laboratory of the biological health experimental teaching demonstration center， so as to improve and enhance the hardware of the laboratory; in the connotative development of the demonstration center， the idea of "one target， two classes， three levels， four integration and five modules" is adopted to construct the biological health experimental teaching demonstration center. At present， the biological health experimental teaching demonstration center of our university has been built into a provincial experimental teaching center.

生命健康和食品安全是全球持续关注的焦点，目前暴发的新冠肺炎疫情进一步凸显了生物医药与健康产业在保障人民生命健康中的重要价值。广东省生物医药发展水平在全国处于领先地位，现正推动打造万亿生物医药产业集群，但相关企业平均研发人员拥有量仅为 344人，产业人才储备大大落后[1]。中山市健康产业连续多年以超过30%的年增幅快速发展，2018年中山实现健康医药产业总产值超过900亿元，现已布局了国家健康产业基地、华南现代中医药城、中德（中山）生物医药产业园、翠亨新区医疗器械装备园区等高端产业平台，现急需大量的应用型人才[2]。从人才政策来看，广东省各市级奖励政策大多仅针对高层次人才和专家团队的引进，而对于生物医药应用型人才的吸引力相对不足[1]。……
