[摘要]氟斑牙是由于在牙齿形成时期人体过多摄入氟而导致的一种牙釉质发育异常，造成了牙齿颜色和结构的改变。随着人们对牙齿美观意识的增强，氟斑牙的治疗得到了广泛关注。氟斑牙治疗的主要目标是改善患牙的美观。目前，根据氟斑牙的严重程度不同，治疗方式主要有漂白、微研磨、渗透树脂修复、贴面或全冠修复等方式单独或联合使用，并且每种治疗方式的创伤程度及治疗效果都有差异。本文就氟斑牙的治疗方式及治疗效果进行综述，以提高公众对氟斑牙治疗方式及效果的了解，并为其治疗提供指导。

Research progress on the treatment methods and effects of dental fluorosis

Abstract： Dental fluorosis is a kind of abnormal enamel development caused by excessive intake of fluoride during tooth formation， resulting in changes in tooth color and structure. With the enhancement of people's awareness of dental beauty， the treatment of dental fluorosis has received widespread attention. The main goal of dental fluorosis treatment is to improve the appearance of affected teeth. At present， according to the severity of dental fluorosis， the main treatment methods are bleaching， micro-grinding， resin infiltration， veneer or full crown restoration alone or in combination，and the invasion degree and therapeutic effect of each treatment are different.This article will review the treatment methods and effects of dental fluorosis in order to improve the public's understanding of the treatment methods and effects of dental fluorosis and provide some guidance for the treatment of dental fluorosis.

氟作為龋病防治中的重要成员，它也是一把双刃剑。在我国，流行病学显示氟斑牙具有地区性分布特点[1]。而近二十年来，氟斑牙的患病率逐步增加[2]，这可能是由于在牙齿发育过程中，为了预防龋病的发生而过量使用含氟牙膏、含氟凝胶等制剂造成的。组织病理学上，氟斑牙表现为釉质矿化不全，羟基磷灰石晶体间有许多散在间隙，使得水、空气或色素充斥其中，造成釉质折射率发生变化，从而表现为釉质颜色和通透度的变化[3]。临床上，轻中度氟斑牙表现为前牙对称性的白色、黄褐色斑块或条纹，重度氟斑牙甚至还会出现牙釉质的点状或沟状缺损[4]。因此，对氟斑牙的有效治疗不仅可以解决牙齿功能及美观的问题，也在一定程度上增强了患者的自信心。……
