摘  要：在老年服务与管理专业人才培养中，社区居家养老服务是非常重要的一门专业选修课程，该门课程具有较强的理论意义与实践意义。在实际教学中，通过创新性教学环节设计，对于人才培养具有较为积极的作用，对于养老服务行业发展也具有较为积极的作用。因此，在实际教学中，需要注重理论与实践教学的结合。该文针对社区居家养老服务课程创新性教学环节设计与实践进行深入分析，希望可以有效提升教学有效性。

Research on the Design and Practice of Innovative Teaching Links in the Community Home-based Care Service Course

Abstract： In the training of senior service and management professionals， community home-based care service is a very important professional elective course， which has strong theoretical and practical significance. In the actual teaching， through the innovative teaching link design， it plays a more positive role in talent training and the development of the elderly care service industry. Therefore， in actual teaching， we need to focus on the combination of theory and practice teaching. The following is an in-depth analysis of the design and practice of innovative teaching links in community home-based care service courses， hoping to effectively improve the effectiveness of teaching and cultivate more innovative talents in the elderly care service industry.

隨着我国人口老龄化速度加快，高龄老人、空巢老人数量不断上涨，老年群体社区居家养老服务需求日益增加。但是，现阶段我国社区居家养老服务人才较为匮乏，严重阻碍了我国社区居家养老服务的发展。存在的问题主要是因为老年服务与管理专业招生困难，护理和医疗康复类等能够转化成为养老服务人才的专业学生不愿意转行，导致社区居家养老服务行业具有较高的从业人员流失率。加之社区居家养老服务课程教学还存在一些问题，大多数学生都难以满足养老服务行业的需求。因此，在实际教学中，需要注重社区居家养老服务课程创新性教学环节设计与实践，有效提升了学生的服务水平和意识，培养出更多的社区居家养老服务人才，促使我国社区居家养老事业快速发展。……
