摘  要：近年來随着民航业的发展，高职院校中的空乘专业也在全国遍布开花。但是空中乘务专业和其他专业相比，需要和行业紧密结合，对操作性技能的要求也更高。进入新时期，教育部大力推动实施“职教20条”重要改革部署，大力推动国家职业教育改革。作为职教20条制度的重要一环，1+X证书制度的实施，是把学校传统的毕业证书和行业内的职业技能性证书有机地结合，改变了一张纸毕业的高职院校的现状。既能在高职阶段培养民航业所需要的人才，又能获得职业技能证书，在行业赛中取得好的成绩。在此过程中，高职院校在人才培养方面进行不断探索，进行课证融通和学分银行的改革。在空乘1+X等级证书制度实行期，通过调研发现，确实促进了高职院校空中服务专业和行业的紧密结合，来满足民航的日益增长的的相关人才需求。但是在落地发展的2～3年期间，在考核站点的安排、考评员培训和课证融通等方面在一定的问题，需要进一步解决，来帮助高职空中乘务专业的更好发展。

Analysis on the current situation and Countermeasures of flight attendant 1+X grade certificate system

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of civil aviation industry， the flight attendant specialty in higher vocational colleges has blossomed all over the country. However， compared with other specialties， air crew specialty needs to be closely combined with the industry and has higher requirements for operational skills. In the new era， the Ministry of education has vigorously promoted the implementation of the important reform deployment of "20 articles on Vocational Education" and the reform of national vocational education. As an important part of the 20 systems of vocational education， "1+X" certificate system， with its remarkable advantages of closely combining traditional academic certificates with rich and diverse vocational skill certificates， has cracked the inherent defects of traditional vocational education to a great extent， deepened the reform of training mode and evaluation mode of compound technical skill talents in higher vocational colleges， and improved the quality of talent training， It has unblocked the growth channel of technical and skilled talents and expanded the employment and entrepreneurship skills of students in higher vocational colleges. The implementation of the talent training system of 1+X certificate vigorously promoted by the state can better promote the further development of Higher Vocational air crew specialty， so as to better meet the needs of social development. However， during the 2～3 years of development， certain problems in the arrangement of assessment sites， training of assessors and accommodation of course certificates need to be further solved to help the better development of air crew specialty in higher vocational colleges.
