摘  要：随着社会的进步和发展，企业越来越需要高质量学历与优质技术兼具的人才，为了进一步满足时代需求，培养一批又一批能够快速适应岗位工作的优秀学子，“1+X”证书制度应运而生。该文对“1+X”证书制度的含义以及电子商务技术专业的概念进行了阐述，分析并简述了电子商务技术专业的现状，还提出了“1+X”证书制度在电子商务技术专业建设过程中的可行性策略。

Exploration on the Construction of Computer Application Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

based on "1+X" Certificate System

Absrtact： With the progress and development of society， enterprises need more and more talents with both high-quality education and high-quality technology. In order to further meet the needs of the times， we train groups of outstanding students who can quickly adapt to the post work， the "1+ X"certificate system came into being. In this paper， the meaning of "1+ X" certificate system and the concept of e-commerce technology specialty are expounded， and the current situation of e-commerce technology specialty is analyzed and briefly described， it also puts forward the feasible strategy of "1+ X" certificate system in the construction of electronic commerce technology specialty.

“1+X”证书制度的诞生不仅为高职院校培养计划和方向做出有效指导和参考，也为企业的进步、岗位的优化做出巨大贡献。这是一项有关高职教育改革与发展的重要举措，对电子商务技术专业的建设和发展有着至关重要的作用。在该项制度的支持下，电子商务技术专业的培养目标将会更加适合时代企业的需求，进一步提高该专业学生的应用技能水平和学历资质，不断向社会输入有追求、有能力的人才。

1  “1+X”证书制度的含义

“1+X”证书制度是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中所强调的一项重要教育指导工作，旨在将在校取得的学历证书同未来岗位相关的职业技能证书结合起来，对职业技术教育进行重要的改革创新。“1+X”中的“1”即学历证书，“X”则为与之相关的技能等级证书，二者相互促进、相互补充、相互融合，不仅表现了学生学习情况和技能水平，也标志着新型职业教育体系的到来和进步[1]。……
