摘  要：该文从危险源的含义入手，阐述了危险源基本概念的理解、危险源辨识的实施步骤，以及危险源辨识实施过程中应关注的具体内容，分析了危险源辨识与隐患排查的关系，并推荐了几种工贸企业隐患排查常用方法。通过危险源辨识及隐患排查，企业能够有效地预防事故发生，减少财产损失、人员伤亡和伤害，从而间接提高生产效益，为工贸企业有效地构建安全风险分级管控及隐患排查治理体系提供参考。

Analysis of Hazard Identification and Hidden Danger Investigation Methods in Industrial and Trade Enterprises

Abstract： Starting with the meaning of hazard sources， this paper expounds the understanding of the basic concepts of hazard sources， the implementation steps of hazard source identification， and the specific contents that should be paid attention to in the implementation process of hazard source identification. It analyzes the relationship between hazard source identification and hazard investigation， and also recommends several common methods of hazard investigation in industrial and trade enterprises. Through hazard identification and hidden danger investigation， enterprises can effectively prevent accidents， reduce property losses， casualties and injuries， indirectly improve production efficiency， and provide reference for enterprises to effectively build a safety risk hierarchical control and hazard investigation and treatment system.

危险源存在于用人单位的经营活动各环节，是不以人们意志为转移的，且危险总是在人们忘却的时候降临。加拿大管理学家明茨伯格说过：“一件没有预料的事情可能引发一起故障;一个长久被忽视的问题可能导致一次危机。”通常，工贸企业一线安全管理人员并不具备高水平的安全管理理论知识及危險源辨识能力，如何浅显易懂地将危险源辨识及隐患排查方法推荐给企业安全管理人员，让其掌握隐患排查方法并为己所用，指导企业的安全管理，具有实际指导意义。

1  危险源的含义

根据《职业健康安全管理体系要求及使用指南》中的定义，危险源指可能导致伤害或疾病、财产损失、工作环境破坏或这些情况组合的根源或状态[1]。国内大多学者将危险源分类两类，也有许铭等学者按照危险源的破坏源头将危险源分为能量类、物质类、状态类3类[2]。……
