摘  要：微信的产生和使用是信息社会发展的必然趋势，现如今，微信作为最常用的移动互联网工具载体已走入了高校的办公环境，由于大学是国家科学研究的主要阵地，必然会有很多涉及国家秘密的研究项目，而涉密科研项目的全生命周期管理过程中会面临微信泄密的风险。因此，该文从分析军工项目的微信泄密的风险入手，提出对应的微信保密管理措施，提高科研人员保密意识，加强微信泄密技术防范，坚定筑牢科研微信泄密渠道的防线。

WeChat Confidentiality Management in Scientific Research Projects in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： The emergence and use of WeChat is the inevitable trend of the development of information society. Nowadays， as the most commonly used mobile internet tool carrier， WeChat has entered the office environment of colleges and universities. As the universities are the main positions of national scientific research， there are bound to be many research projects involving state secrets， and WeChat leak risk will be faced in the whole life cycle management of secret related scientific research projects. Therefore， starting from the analysis of the risk of WeChat leaks in military projects， this paper puts forward corresponding WeChat confidentiality management measures to improve the confidentiality awareness of scientific researchers， strengthen the prevention of WeChat leaks， and firmly build the defense line of WeChat leaks in scientific research channels.

隨着信息化建设的迅猛发展、网络现代化、大数据的不断深入以及智能手机的普及和无线网络的覆盖，使用手机办理公务的案例越来越多，而微信是最常用的手机通信软件，其在给日常工作带来便利的同时，也给军工科研项目的保密工作带来了挑战[1]。由于微信已经进入高校的办公环境之中，而目前以微信为代表的互联网通信工具已成为失泄密案件的“高发地”，科研项目全生命周期管理也需要警惕微信渠道泄密的风险。那么在高校办公环境中如何管理好微信，做好科研项目的微信保密管理工作则成为高校保密管理工作的重要关注点[2]。

1  高校科研微信保密管理工作中存在的风险

1.1 微信功能可能带来的科研泄密风险分析

科研相关人员使用微信私信聊天时往往会放松警惕，造成潜在的泄密风险，此外间谍情报人员也已将情报收集瞄准了微信，因此必须引起科研人员高度的重视和警觉[3]。……
