摘  要：随着科技的进步，土地利用与管理对结果的准确度要求越来越高，为适应时代发展需求，各类现代化测绘新技术被广泛应用，在工程建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用。地籍管理是土地管理工作中最基础且最重要的部门。目前，地籍管理工作逐步趋向信息化，不仅提高了实际工作效率，也稳定了市场经济。针对此，该文围绕现代信息技术在土地地籍管理领域的实际应用展开深度探讨。

Application of Information Technology in Land Cadastral Management

Abstract： With the progress of science and technology， land use and management have higher and higher requirements for the accuracy of results. In order to meet the development needs of the times， all kinds of modern surveying and mapping new technologies are widely used playing a pivotal role in engineering construction. Cadastral management is the most basic and important department in land management. At present， cadastral management is gradually becoming information-based， which not only improves the actual work efficiency， but also stabilizes the market economy. In view of this， this paper focuses on the practical application of modern information technology in the field of land cadastral management.

當下，地籍管理工作逐步实现了向信息化方向的过渡，在强化地籍管理质量的基础上，提高了地籍信息检索查询效率。在地籍管理信息化系统中，信息储存容量进一步扩张，并且构建了信息资源交互共享平台，从根本上加大了信息利用率。

1  在地籍管理工作领域应用现代信息技术的具体内容

1.1 自动整合编制地籍档案，实现资源信息的交互共享

土地利用与管理是依托技术应用的重要工作，要求在测绘过程中通过区域概况制订明确的设计方案，依托技术手段掌握建设的重点和难点，以此避免能受到外界环境、区域、地形等因素的影响。在地籍档案信息管理过程中，高效应用计算机系统及数码扫描仪等现代技术设备，不仅能够实现地籍档案卷宗号的自动编排和归档，还可以保证业务人员实时检索地籍相关属性信息，为地籍工作的有序开展创造便利条件，实现地籍档案信息的高速查阅，强化工作时效性。……
