摘  要：电力建设与人民群众的生活质量息息相关，更是我国新农村建设中的重点工作之一。目前，我国农村的经济呈现出欣欣向荣的景象，农村人民也开始追求更高质量的生活水平，农村经济发展的需求和人们生活的需求就导致了农村用电量迅速增加，很多农村以往的老旧电力设施已经满足不了目前对电量的需求了，农村电网改造刻不容缓。该文深入研究如何在新农村的建设中对农村电网进行合理的改造，希望可以对农村的建设与发展提供建设意义。

Research on Rural Power Grid Transformation in New Rural Construction

Abstract： Power construction is closely related to the quality of life of the people， and it is one of the key tasks in China's new rural construction. At present， China's rural economy is booming， and rural people also begin to pursue a higher quality of life. The needs of rural economic development and people's living requirements have led to a rapid increase in rural electricity consumption. Many rural areas are old and the old electric power facilities can no longer meet the current demand for electricity， and the transformation of rural power grids is urgent. This article thoroughly researches how to reasonably transform rural power grids in the construction of new countryside， hoping to provide construction significance for the construction and development of rural areas.

农村的电力设施陈旧落后是普遍存在的现象，电力线路的安装不符合规范，使用也有着非常大的安全隐患，这已经成为了妨碍新农村建设的一大难点。因此，为了保证新农村建设与发展的进程，提高农村人民的生活质量和用电安全，就必须要对农村电网的现状有足够的了解并且进行合理的改造，切实保障新农村的顺利建设。

1  合理规划农村的电网结构

改造农村电网要合理规划电网结构以及其布局，这也是提高供电效率、质量的前提保障。所以，农村的电网改造的第一步工作就是对现存的电网结构进行调整与优化。

首先，改造农村电网一定要因地制宜，充分将当地农村的实际状况纳入到考虑因素，比如农村人民在生产生活方面的用电需求、电力负荷、原有的电力设施等。……
