摘  要：信息化为公共文化服务带来了新机遇，数字博物馆等公共文化设施的建设蔚然成风，线上和线下相结合的模式成为公共文化服务的新时尚。5G构建了高速、无缝链接的物联网，促进了VR等新技术在公共文化服务领域的深度发展。基于此，该文提出5G如何促进公共文化建设服务的发展，对我国的公共文化服务及管理体系建设有怎样的促进作用，以更好地促进我国公共文化服务事业的发展。

Research on Public Cultural Service Based on 5G Information Environment

Abstract： Informationization has brought new opportunities to public cultural services. The construction of public cultural facilities such as digital museums has become a common practice. The combination of online and offline has become a new fashion of public cultural services. 5G has built a high-speed and seamless internet of things， which has promoted the in-depth development of VR and other new technologies in the field of public cultural services. Based on this， this paper proposes how 5G can promote the development of public cultural construction services， and how it can promote the construction of public cultural services and management system in China， so as to better promote the development of public cultural services in China.

5G即第5代通信技术，工业和信息化部去年正式发放5G运营牌照，标志着我国进入5G商用时代。5G为信息传播带来革命性的变化，大数据、人工智能、虚拟技术、交互技术与5G的融合蓬勃发展，可在移动终端实现虚拟实验室、网络游戏、高清视频、多媒体信息的流畅传输，为数字化公共文化资源的在线服务提供良好的信息环境。

1  5G环境的信息传播优势

1.1 5G构建了大容量高速传输、终端无缝对接的信息环境

5G最为突出的表征即是信息的传输速率大、带宽高，5G基站的传播速度为20 G/s，数据下载速度可達500 M/s、上传速度可达100 M/s，VR（虚拟实现）场景资源的传播速率约160 M/s以上，可支持VR资源的可实时传输与互动。5G网络分布广泛，未来将普遍存在于办公场所、图书馆、文化馆、博物馆、展览馆、体育馆、汽车、高铁等固定或移动的场景或载体中。5G网络的另一个显著特征物联网技术，将各类信息工具整合成万物互联的网络世界，如台式电脑、笔记本电脑、车载系统、无人机、智能电视、智能机器人、智能穿戴设备，甚至是门锁等。……
