摘  要：新时代背景下，创新创业教育与思政教育相互融合所发挥的效果具有重要作用。针对目前创新创业教育与思政教育融合过程中出现的问题，文章提出“阶梯平台”式融合的课程体系构建研究，以阶梯递进式平稳发展、平台互动式协调发展和“阶梯平台”融合的措施为主要内容，从理论与实践、校内到校外的维度提出创新创业教育与思政教育融合的体系构建，为培养创新性专业人才提供有力的支撑。

Abstract： The effect of integration of innovative entrepreneurial education and ideological and political education play an important role in the context of the new era， in light of the current integration problem of innovative entrepreneurial education and ideological and political education， this paper proposes a course construction research named "step platform"， the main content based on the integration method of stepped progressive development， platform interactive coordinated development with "step platform"， and presents a course construction based on the integration of innovative entrepreneurial education and ideological and political education from the dimensions of theory and practice， inside and outside of school， providing a strong support point for cultivating innovative professionals.

随着中国经济与世界经济的不断深入融合，世界经济环境的变化对我国经济产生了一定的冲击，进而影响到我国的就业创业市场。一方面贸易摩擦的持续发展，将导致部分企业出现经营困难而减少就业岗位，供应链在全球范围内的调整，对我国就业创业增长和结构调整产生了整体的影响。另一方面，全球经济在疫情的冲击下不景气，进一步影响我国经济市场发展，在就业创业总量压力持续、就业创业结构性矛盾突出的基本特征下，推动了新兴行业的就业创业趋势。

在这样的大环境下，目前大学生创业群体不断扩大，创业对大学生自身的创新思维和创业能力有显著的高要求，创新创业教育是立足于大学生思维训练、思想认知、综合能力的全方位提升和改造的教育活动，也是专业教育和就业教育的另一种延伸和拓展。……
