摘 要：如今，汽车已经成为了最为常见的代步工具，这不仅推动了汽车行业发展更让汽车修复行业逐渐兴起。基于此，本文着眼于汽车钣金修复工作，对这一工作中的胶粘铆接工艺进行了研究。文章阐述了胶粘铆接工艺的内涵，并且分析了这一工艺的应用优势，还基于实际案例论述了汽车钣金修复中的胶粘铆接工艺应用要点，希望能为相关工作人员带来参考。

Research on the Application of Adhesive Riveting Technology in Auto Sheet Metal Repair

Abstract：Nowadays， automobiles have become the most common means of transportation， which not only promotes the development of the automobile industry， but also makes the automobile repair industry gradually rise. Based on this， this article focuses on the work of automobile sheet metal repair， and studies the adhesive riveting process in this work. The article expounds the connotation of the adhesive riveting process， and analyzes the application advantages of this process. It also discusses the key points of the application of adhesive riveting process in automobile sheet metal repair based on actual cases， hoping to provide reference for relevant staff.

1 引言

汽车车身主要由超高强度钢和铝合金材料构成，各种钣金件豆浆以焊接、铆接和螺栓连接成一个整体，从而满足汽车行驶的安全性和稳定性要求。当汽车的车身受损时，维修人员需要对钣金件进行修复，选用合理的修复技术成为了工作重点。现阶段，胶粘铆接工艺在汽车钣金修复中的应用频率越来越高。

2 汽车钣金修复工艺

当前，汽车钣金修复工艺主要有焊接、铆接、胶接三种类型，这些工艺的技术原理各不相同，在施工环节可搭配使用。焊接工艺是一种基于局部加热或加压方式，将被连接部件熔融为一体的技术，主要有熔化焊、压力焊和钎焊几种类型，最为常用的是电弧焊。铆接工艺是一种以铆钉穿过连接件预制孔从而实现工件铆合的连接方式，连接部位为铆缝。胶接则是一种基于胶粘剂直接连接不同被连接件的工艺，是一种强度较高且不可拆卸的连接，当胶粘剂凝固以后会产生粘附力从而传递荷载。……
