摘 要：工匠精神是中国制造不断发展的源泉，也是实现学生个人发展的需要，对实现高职院校持续发展和实现创造强国都有重要的意义。文章以高职院校机电一体化技术专业为例，陈述了工匠精神融入专业教学的必要性，对如何培育高职院校机电一体化技术专业工匠精神进行了探讨和研究，为提高高职院校人才培养质量提供支持。

Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit of Students Majoring in Mechatronics Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：The craftsmanship spirit is the source of the continuous development of Made- in-China， and it is also the need to realize the personal development of students. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the realization of a powerful country. The article takes the mechatronics technology major of higher vocational colleges as an example， states the necessity of integrating the craftsman spirit into professional teaching， and discusses how to cultivate the craftsman spirit of mechatronics technology majors in higher vocational colleges， to improve the higher vocational colleges and to provide support for the quality of school personnel training.

2021年4月在京召开的全国职业教育大会上，习近平总书记对职业教育工作作出批示，他强调加快构建现代职业教育体系，培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠，弘扬工匠精神，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供人才保障和技能支撑。这次大会的召开，凸显了职业教育在国家人才培养体系中的重要作用，同时也强调了工匠精神在学生培育中的重要性。工匠精神是时代的要求，加强学生工匠精神的培养，才能为社会主义现代化建设提供高素质人才。

高职院校作为培育大国工匠的重要基地，将工匠精神和技术技能型人才培养结合起来，对提高高职院校持续发展和实现创造强国都有重要的意义。机电一体化技术在现代机械制造业中的应用越来越广，该专业为企业培养了许多掌握机电一体化技术专业知识和设计制造的实用人才，满足了企业对机电一体化人才的需求。培育机电一体化技术专业学生的工匠精神，有利于为我国制造业提供高素质的机电技术应用型人才，促进机电行业的发展升级。……
