摘 要：学生就业难和企业优秀人才“慌”的社会现象反映出了当前高职教育和用人单位的需求存在脱节的问题。以职业能力培养为导向的高职教学符合高职教学目标的需求、符合社会对人才的需求，有利于提升职业教育的效果，有利于培养学生的职业精神。本文对基于职业能力培养的高职汽车教学策略进行了分析和研究，以期为高职汽车专业教师提供相关参考依据。

Higher Vocational Automobile Teaching Strategies Based on Cultivation of Professional Ability

Abstract：The social phenomenon of students difficulty in obtaining employment and the “lack” of outstanding corporate talents reflects the current disconnection between higher vocational education and the needs of employers. Higher vocational teaching oriented by vocational ability training meets the needs of higher vocational teaching goals and the needs of society for talents. It is conducive to improving the effect of vocational education， and is conducive to cultivating students' professional spirit. This article analyzes and researches automobile teaching strategies based on vocational ability training to provide relevant reference basis for higher vocational automobile teachers.

近年來随着我国汽车产业的快速发展，汽车行业需要的人才逐渐增多，汽车行业需要的是懂专业、精技能、会管理的相关汽车专业技能型人才。在此背景下许多高职院校都开设了汽车专业，但由于汽车专业课程内容相对复杂、对学生各方面能力要求较高，因此目前高职汽车专业教学中还存在诸多问题，不利于学生的能力和发展和未来就业。

1 常高职汽车专业教学现状分析

1.1 教学目标不够明确

随着汽车产业的蓬勃发展，我国许多高职院校都开设了汽车专业，但汽车专业可以详细划分为若干个分支专业，如汽车销售、汽车检测与维修等，每个专业中涵盖的课程内容也较为广泛，由于专业特点和就业方向不同，各个专业课程的教学目标也各不相同。但很多高职院校汽车专业没有结合地区和行业人才需求，盲目跟风开设专业，教学目标过于模糊，没有突出专业特点和职业能力。
