摘 要：现阶段随着我国信息技术水平的不断提升，我国交通运输业也开始向着现代化的方向进行发展，其智慧交通的建设也在不断的进步和完善之中。以上情况使得我国的交通运输行业需要较多的具有专业技能和职业精神的高素质人才。本文基于这一观点，先简单说明工匠精神对于高职院校的交通运营管理专业教学的重要作用，然后重点阐述基于工匠精神的高职交通运营管理专业学生职业素养的培养策略研究。

Research on the Cultivation of Professional Quality of Higher Vocational Transportation Operation Management Major Students Based on the Spirit of Craftsman

Abstract：At this stage， with the continuous improvement of China's information technology， China's transportation industry has also begun to develop in the direction of modernization， and its smart transportation construction is also in continuous progress and improvement. The above situation makes the transportation industry need more high-quality talents with professional skills and professionalism. Based on this， this article first briefly explains the important role of craftsmanship in the teaching of traffic operation management in higher vocational colleges， and then focuses on the research on the training strategy of the professionalism of traffic operation management students in higher vocational schools based on the craftsmanship.

1 引言

交通運输类专业的教育是我国交通运输专业人才中的重要组成部分，其专业人才的培养是为了最大程度满足我国未来经济发展和运输市场未来的发展需求，所以需要培养更多具有新型智能专业水平的人才。同时在人才的培养过程中不仅需要培养学生的专业技能，更需要在教学的过程中培养学生的职业素养。所以在交通运营管理专业的教育过程中，需要根据工匠精神的内涵去优化升级学校的人才培养体系，提升学生的职业精神，使其有更好的未来职业发展。

2 工匠精神对于高职院校的交通运营管理专业教学的重要作用

2.1 提升高职院校培养专业人才的质量
