摘 要：伴随着汽车领域的发展，汽车的相关维修人员相对比较缺乏。为了更好的解决这一问题，很多中职院校都开展了汽车运用与维修专业。现如今，很多中职院校的汽车运用与维修专业都采用现代学徒制的人才培养模式，但我国高职院校的教学模式在实践中依旧存在一些问题。基于此，本文主要对中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的应用现状、必要性、以及人才培养方法进行了研究，以便更好的提高中职汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养的质量。

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents Majoring in Automobile Operation and Maintenance in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：With the development of the automotive field， there is a relatively lack of related maintenance personnel for automobiles. To better solve this problem， many secondary vocational colleges have launched automobile application and maintenance majors. Nowadays， the automobile application and maintenance majors of many secondary vocational colleges adopt the talent training model of modern apprenticeship， but there are still some problems in the practice of the teaching model of higher vocational colleges in our country. Based on this， this article mainly studies the application status， necessity， and talent training methods of the modern apprenticeship training model for secondary vocational automobile operation and maintenance majors， so as to better improve the quality of training of the modern apprenticeship talents for secondary vocational automobile application and maintenance majors.

1 引言

現代学徒制在我国以及很多西方国家的发展历史都比较悠久，为各个国家的人才培养都做出了极大的贡献。现代学徒制就是对早期的学徒制进行改革。利用校企合作的教学模式来培养人才。但伴随着各个中职院校办学的深入，这种教学模式也相继出现了问题。而为了更好的提高人才的培养质量，就一定要对中职院校的汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才的培养模式进行研究，从而提高汽车运用与维修专业的教学质量。

2 汽车运用与维修技术的发展

近年来，伴随着我国的经济正在不断进步与发展，人们对汽车的需求也在日益增加。因此，汽车领域对人才的需求也就会日益增加。由于时代的进步，汽车领域也将对汽车舒适度的发展转变成了对智能、健康的方向发展。……
