[摘要]目的：探究快速康復理念联合集束干预在Ⅱ度烧伤急救患者中的护理效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2020年3月笔者医院急诊科收治的Ⅱ度烧伤急救患者114例。分为观察组（59例）和对照组（55例），对照组采用集束干预，观察组在对照组基础上结合快速康复理念，干预3个月，观察两组住院时间、住院费用、创面愈合率、疼痛情况、生活质量及满意度情况。结果：干预后3个月，观察组住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，创面愈合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组疼痛数字分级法（Numerical rating scale，NRS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组心理状况、躯体功能、社会关系，一般健康状况得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总满意度为94.92%高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复理念联合集束干预对Ⅱ度烧伤急救患者可有效缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，降低疼痛，提高患者健康水平以及对护理的满意度。

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept Combined with Cluster Intervention in Emergency Treatment of Second Degree Burn Patients

Abstract： Objective  To explore the nursing application of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with cluster intervention in emergency treatment of second degree burn patients. Methods  A total of 114 first-aid patients with second-degree burns admitted to our emergency department from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （59 cases） and the control group （55 cases）. The control group adopted cluster intervention， and the observation group supplemented with rapid rehabilitation concept on the basis of the control group. Intervention for 3 months， the hospitalization time， the hospitalization expenses， and wound surface healing rate， pain status， quality of life and satisfaction were compared. Results  After 3 months of intervention， the hospital stay and the hospitalization expenses of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group， but the wound healing rate was higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The pain numerical rating scale （NRS） score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of psychological status， physical function， social relationship， and general health status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （94.92% vs 80.00%， P<0.05）. Conclusion  The rapid rehabilitation concept combined with cluster intervention can effectively shorten the hospital stay， reduce hospitalization costs and pain， and improve patient health and satisfaction with nursing care for emergency patients with second-degree burns.

Ⅱ度烧伤是临床常见的突发性创伤，主要损伤机体本身皮肤屏障功能，引起一系列局部性或全身性伤害，一定程度上影响了外观美感，同时也给患者带来精神上及身体上的双重压力[1]。Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合期间，若处理不当会引起肢体瘢痕增生、黏连、挛缩等不良后果，严重影响美观及功能[2]。集束化干预是根据循证基础护理措施干预疾病，经临床证实能够有效改善临床结局，在临床应用中具有一定价值[3]。快速康复理念是近年来新型的康复治疗理念，通过循证医学证据实施一系列优化措施，以改善患者生理与心理两方面的应激反应为主，加速患者康复[4]。烧伤康复主要为创面修复和功能修复，患者在创面愈合时应避免瘢痕出现，促进创面恢复，降低患者精神及身体负担，提高生活质量。因此本研究将快速康复理念结合集束干预应用于Ⅱ度烧伤急救患者，探讨其护理效果。……
