[摘要]随着人们生活水平和对于外表美追求的提高，解决年龄增长和外界环境因素导致的皮肤色素性病变、光老化等皮肤问题逐渐成为近些年来整形外科领域研究的热点。皮秒激光最初应用于文身的去除，发展至今也逐渐被应用于皮肤色素性疾病、光老化等皮肤问题的治疗。本文就其在治疗损容性皮肤病方面的疗效与安全性作一综述，并对其未来的研究应用进行展望。

Progress in Clinical Application of Picosecond Laser in Skin Cosmetology

Abstract： With the improvement of human living standard and the pursuit of appearance beauty， skin problems such as skin pigmentation and light aging caused by age growth and external environmental factors have gradually become a hot spot in the field of plastic surgery. The picosecond laser was originally used for tattoo removal and has been developed for the treatment of light aging and skin pigmentary diseases. The efficacy and safety of the treatment of clinical skin problems are reviewed， and its future application is prospected.

自2012年皮秒激光被FDA批准用于文身去除和良性色素性病变治疗以来[1]，越来越多的研究显示，皮秒激光在去除文身色素方面更具优势，且副作用更小。近年来，随着美容医学的发展，皮秒激光在外源性和内源性色素去除、痤疮瘢痕治疗、光老化改善及除皱等方面也得到应用。虽然许多小的单中心研究结果已得出积极的结论，但皮秒激光治疗皮肤问题的安全性与疗效仍需要大样本数据的评估。本综述分析回顾了皮秒激光的现有数据，进一步阐明其在皮肤病学中的应用进展。

1  皮秒激光的发展

激光技术最早出现于20世纪60年代初，氩和CO2激光是早期用于文身去除和治疗色素性病变的激光，但此类激光无选择性，副作用较大[1]。20世纪80年，Anderson等[2]提出了选择性光热分解理论（Selective photothermolysis，SP），即通过光照射后产生的热效应作用于表皮或真皮中的色素颗粒，使其在瞬间吸收高能量后爆破成色素颗粒，随后被巨噬细胞吞噬并排出体外。……
