摘    要：我国是农业大国，“一带一路”的倡议对我国农业发展产生了深远影响。“一带一路”沿线地区农村农业发展的经济环境逐年得到改善，但在社会环境和技术环境等方面仍旧存在一些问题。通过对我国农业农村发展现状进行研究，发现要实现农村农业经济的快速发展，需要对管理模式进行创新。从强化技术水平、合理配置人员、加大资金投入、应用信息化手段以及打造特色农产品5个方面分析如何在“一带一路”背景下实现农业农村经济管理模式的创新和优化。在此基础上，提出强化技术水平，拓宽销售渠道;保证人员配置，提供人才保障;政策资金保障，调整农业结构;加强信息建设，搭建信息服务平台;发挥行业优势，打造特色农产品等建议，旨在为我国农村农业经济的建设和发展提供参考。

Explore the Innovation of Rural Agricultural Economic Management Mode under the Background of "Belt and Road"

Abstract： China has always been a big agricultural country， and the "Belt and Road" initiative has had a far-reaching impact on China's agricultural development.The economic environment of rural agricultural development along the "Belt and Road"had been improved year by year， but there are still some problems in social environment and technology environment.Through the research on the current situation of China's agricultural and rural development， it was found that in order to achieve the rapid development of rural agricultural economy， it was necessary to innovate the management mode.This paper analyzed how to realize the innovation and optimization of agricultural and rural economic management mode under the background of "Belt and Road" from five aspects： improving production technology， rationally allocating personnel， increasing capital investment， applying information technology and creating characteristic agricultural products. On this basis， the following suggestions were put forward： strengthening the technical level and broadening the sales channels; ensuring staffing and providing talent protection; guaranteeing policy funds， adjusting agricultural structure; strengthening information construction and building an information service platform; giving full play to industry advantages and creating characteristic agricultural products， These suggestions are aimed at promoting the construction and development of rural agricultural economy in China.

“一带一路”倡议的提出，对于我国和农业经济产生了深刻影响，为我国农业方面的贸易及合作带来了新的发展机遇。“一带一路”沿线地区农村农业发展的经济环境近年来逐渐得到发展和改善，但同时也存在着社会环境和技术环境等方面发展不平衡、不充分等问题。我国作为农业大国，秉持开放包容的态度，积极开展国际间农业生产技术和农产品的贸易交流[1]。为促使中国农业成为国际舞台的焦点，在国际市场中获得更多的机会，取得更好的经济效益，推进农村农业经济朝着更好的方向建设和发展，迫切需要对管理模式进行优化和创新。……
