【摘    要】小学家校共育教育模式具有有效培养小学生良好的学习行为习惯、及时发现小学生学习和生活中的问题、为教师提供教育教学参考信息以及为学生家长提供家庭教育意见和建议的功能，是有效提高小学生教育教学质量和班级管理质量的教育模式，针对家校共育教育模式展开分析和探讨具有重要意义。基于此，本文首先分析了小学家校共育的现状，其次结合此现状，提出了可解决小学家校共育过程中突出问题的方法，希望为广大小学教育工作者提供有效参考。

Analysis of Strategies Based on the Status Quo of Home-School Co-education of Primary Schools

【Abstract】 The primary school Home-School Co-education education model has the function of effectively cultivating good learning habits of primary school students， timely discovering the problems of primary school students study and life， providing teachers with educational and teaching reference information， and providing family education opinions and suggestions for students' parents. It is an education model that effectively improves the quality of primary school education and teaching and class management. It is of great significance to analyze and discuss the education model of Home-School Co-education.Based on this， this article first analyzes the status quo of primary school  Home-School Co-education ， and then combines this status quo， and puts forward a method that can solve the outstanding problems in the process of primary school  Home-School Co-education ， hoping to provide effective reference for the majority of elementary school educators.

一、小學家校共育现状分析

（一）家校沟通形式单一

家校共育教育工作基于质量良好的家校沟通工作，教师和学生家长需在沟通中明确小学生在学习和生活中的一些突出问题，进而针对此类问题提出合理有效的解决措施，对此类问题尽早干预。但在此过程中，家校沟通的形式比较单一，导致家校沟通的质量并不高。首先，小学教师在与学生家长进行沟通时，往往借助于家长会，而在家长会上，主要的会议内容往往是为学生家长汇报近期班级教育教学工作的最新进展和班级学生的共性问题。此间，教师也会结合班级学生的具体问题，为学生家长提供较为有效的意见和建议，但此类意见和建议毕竟针对的是班级学生的共性问题，在落实到具体学生个体……
