【摘    要】随着高考制度的改革，走班制已成为高中学科教学的新型制度。本文將以高中数学课程为例，探析新高考背景下走班制给数学教学带来的挑战，并基于挑战探析具体对策，以突破挑战，建构在核心素养下有效的高中数学课堂。

An Attempt of Effective Teaching in Mathematics Class under the New College Entrance Examination System

【Abstract】With the reform of the college entrance examination system， the mobile class system has become a new system of subject teaching in senior high schools. This article will take the senior high school mathematics curriculum as an example to analyze the challenges that the mobile class system brings to mathematics teaching under the background of the new college entrance examination， and analyze specific countermeasures based on the challenges， so as to break through the challenges and construct an effective senior high school mathematics classroom under the core literacy.

一、新高考走班制在高中阶段实施的意义

首先，走班制尊重学生在课堂学习中的主体地位，能在满足学生个体学习需要的基础上让学生进行课程结构的选择和安排，对激发学生的课程学习热情、调动学生的学习主动性有积极作用;其次，走班制能够尊重学生学习的差异性，能够按照学生的层次水平实施教学，满足“因材施教”的教学理念，既能够让学生在走班制学习的过程中增强自信心，又能够促使不同需求的学生得到不同程度的发展;最后，它打破了原本的单一教学模式，能够让教师面对不同的学生群体采用不同的教育模式，对提高学科教学效果、促进教学改革、响应新高考要求有着重要作用。

二、新高考走班制下数学课堂教学面临的挑战

（一）学校资源配置面临挑战

第一，硬件配置面临挑战。走班制将原本的大班化教学转为小班化教学，需要更多的教室、教学设备，增加了学校的硬件配置投入以及硬件配置管理;第二，师资配置面临挑战。一方面走班制需要更多的数学教师，另一方面走班制需要数学教师按照不同的班级学生群体设定不同的教学任务，增加了数学教师的教学压力以及教学难度。……
