【摘    要】新课改的推进，对小学语文教学提出了更高的要求，如何使小学语文课堂教学更加高效，成为小学语文教师追求的目标。但是当前由于教师的教学理念、教学方法等原因，小学语文教学效率依然不高。为此，小学语文教师必须转变观念，营造良好的学习氛围，创新教学方法，提高教学的有效性。本文分析了小学语文课堂教学效率低下的原因，探讨了构建小学语文高效课堂的对策，以供参考。

On How to Construct an Efficient Chinese Classroom in Primary Schools

【Abstract】The advancement of the new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for primary school Chinese teaching. How to make primary school Chinese classroom teaching more efficient has become the goal pursued by primary school Chinese teachers. However， due to the teachers' teaching philosophy and teaching methods， the efficiency of Chinese teaching in primary schools is still not high. For this reason， primary school Chinese teachers must change their concepts， create a good learning atmosphere， innovate teaching methods， and improve the effectiveness of teaching. This article analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of primary school Chinese classroom teaching， and explores the countermeasures for constructing an efficient primary school Chinese classroom for reference.

“高效课堂”，顾名思义，是指在有限的时间内完成教学任务，取得最大的教学效益的课堂。高效课堂是新课改背景下的一种新的教学理念，也是一种新的教学模式。高效课堂模式下，教师教得轻松，学生学得愉快。学生是学习的主体，教师是课堂教学活动的组织者、学生学习活动的引导者和参与者，师生在互动过程中共同完成教学目标。但是，在实际教学中，存在着影响课堂教学效率的因素，需要认真分析，予以解决。那么，如何构建小学语文高效课堂呢？笔者根据多年的教学实践，谈一谈自己的一些认识。

一、小学语文课堂教学效率低下的原因分析

课堂教学过程应该是教与学之间双向互动，小学语文课堂教学效率低下与教师教和学生学都有关系，具体来看，原因主要有下：

教師方面：教师对新课改理念认识度不够。新课改下的小学语文教学，强调要以三维教学目标为基础开展语文教学活动，培养学生语文素养。……
