【摘    要】信息技术的飞速发展推动了教育领域的快速变革。小学英语对学生终身语言综合能力发展有重要的打基础作用，在信息技术的助力下同样带来了巨大革新。信息技术与小学英语教学的有效融合推动了教学理念的根本性转变，更为教学方式的创新提供了重要的技术支撑。阅读是学生感知和学习英语知识的重要学习行为，借助信息技术开展的阅读教学更能对学生学习和掌握英语知识，提升英语综合能力方面产生巨大作用。

Application of Information Technology-based Reading in Primary School English

【Abstract】The rapid development of information technology has promoted rapid changes in the field of education. Primary school English plays an important role in laying the foundation for the development of students' lifelong language comprehensive ability. With the help of information technology， it also brings about huge innovations. The effective integration of information technology and primary school English teaching has promoted the fundamental transformation of teaching concepts and provided important technical support for the innovation of teaching methods. Reading is an important learning behavior for students to perceive and learn English knowledge. Reading teaching with the help of information technology can play a huge role in learning and mastering English knowledge and improving comprehensive English ability.

一、相比傳统的英语阅读，基于信息技术的阅读的优势

（一）教师英语教学更方便

传统的英语阅读教学，无论是课内、课外，都需要教师为学生提供阅读文本的纸质档、实物教具、粉笔、黑板，或加入投影仪设备。这些实物形式和设备限制了教学更多的可能，教师的一些奇思妙想因为条件有限往往无法充分实现，教学效果大打折扣，并且设备或道具、材料的损坏与丢失等，同样会限制教学效果和学生的复习巩固水平。基于信息技术的阅读，学生可以通过网页阅读、电子书阅读等，由一部移动设备或教室内的电子屏幕解决问题，客观上的教学实物资源减少，并且利用网络还能融入海量的阅读资源，学生或教师感兴趣、计划使用的资源通过网络都能搜寻到并展示出来，教师的教学设计和学生的知识需求将得到最大的满足。……
