【摘    要】随着我国的不断发展，在科技水平、经济能力不断提升的同时，我国的教育事业也取得了长足的发展，不仅体现在学生的学习环境变好了，更体现在对学生的教育方式和教育成果也在逐步改善。学生在学校中学到的不仅是科学知识，还有很多关于德育的内容和思想教育工作的内容，学生的提高得益于班级管理的合理性，也是班主任管理工作的艺术性体现。班级是学生生活的最小单位，教师能进行正确的思想教育工作，就能提升班级中学生的整体思想素质和能力，培养出高素质的人才，在班级整体发展的道路中，逐渐开启新的征程。

A Brief Talk on How to Do Well the Work of Students' Ideological Education in Class Management

【Abstract】With the continuous development of our country， while the level of science and technology and economic capacity continue to improve， our countrys education has also made considerable progress. This is not only reflected in the improvement of the students learning environment， but also in the education methods and education resultsfor studentsare gradually improving. What students learn in school is not only scientific knowledge， but also a lot of content about moral education and ideological education. The improvement of students benefits from the rationality of class management， and it is also the artistic embodiment of the management of the head teacher. The class is the smallest unit of student life. Teachers who can carry out correct ideological education can improve the overall ideological quality and ability of the students in the class， cultivate high-quality talents， and gradually start a new journey in the overall development of the class.

班级是学生学习和生活的场所，也是学生交流最多的地方，教师一定要认识到班级中不仅要以提升学生的成绩为目的，更要以提升学生的核心素养和思想道德水平为目标。无论是班主任还是任课教师，都應该将学生的思想教育工作摆在首位，让学生能通过思想教育产生良好的心理状态，推动学生学习的动力，并且营造良好的班级氛围，为学生思想道德素养的提升和综合能力的提升创建良好的环境，为促进学生全面发展推波助力。

一、班级管理中思想教育工作的重要性

班主任在班级管理中，在学生的思想教育工作方面，一定要做好准备工作，让思想教育工作能通过教师的传播，让学生受益，最终实现学生全面发展。……
