【摘    要】随着科技的不断发展，互联网逐步走进了我们的生活当中。互联网+的应用，也对整个班级的管理以及学生的思想教育工作起到一定的积极作用，而且能够有效改善传统教育方式中的一些漏洞和弊端。本文首先简要论述了互联网对于班主任班级工作的影响及传统方式下班级管理及思想教育存在的缺陷，然后重点探讨了应用互联网进行班级管理及思想教育的策略，以供参考。

Strategies for Class Management and Ideological Education Using the Internet

【Abstract】With the continuous development of technology， the Internet has gradually entered our lives. The application of Internet + also plays a positive role in the management of the entire class and the ideological education of students， and can effectively improve some loopholes and drawbacks in traditional education methods. This article first briefly discusses the influence of the Internet on the class work of the class teacher and the shortcomings of the traditional way of class management and ideological education， and then focuses on the strategy of using the Internet for class management and ideological education for reference.

一、互联网对于班主任班级工作的影响

网络自身的超时空性，不断扩大了教师与学生之间的交流渠道，能帮助教师与学生随时随地地进行沟通和交流。学生的一些想法能够及时告知班主任并且上报至学校，另外，班主任发布的任务也能够及时告诉学生，在极大程度上提升了班级管理的良好时效性，防止出现信息堵塞等现象。而且，因为互联网所具有的虚拟性使学生在上网时将自己的真实信息进行隐藏，甚至扮演了和自己性格完全不同的角色，并且不需要负任何责任，所以，在言论上减弱了言论发布者一定的责任感。这些都促进了班主任必须正视网络发展给予的较大挑战，不断优化班级管理方式，以更好地进行应对。

二、传统方式下班级管理及思想教育存在的缺陷
