摘  要：为了应对时代挑战，培养全方面发展人才，国内高校开始推行书院制教育管理改革。该文主要对国内书院制和国外住宿学院进行简要概述，分析了我国古代封建社会时代书院和国外住宿学院的发展历史、作用和意义，介绍了现代书院在我国的兴起原因、发展历程和时代意义;将目前国内书院和国外住宿学院的管理模式进行了对比分析，对国内推行书院制教育管理改革较早的几所大学的书院进行分析比较，对哈尔滨工业大学（威海）“学院-书院”协同管理模式的创新进行了详细的分析。

Research on the Innovation of College Academy System Management Model in the New Era

Abstract： In order to meet the challenges of the times and cultivate all-round development talents， domestic colleges and universities began to implement the educational management reform of academy system. This paper briefly summarizes the domestic academy system and foreign accommodation colleges， analyzes the development history， function and significance of academies and foreign accommodation colleges in the era of ancient feudal society， and introduces the rise reason， development process and era significance of modern academies in China. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the current management modes of domestic academies and foreign accommodation colleges， analyzes and compares the academies of several universities that implemented the academy system education management reform earlier in China， and makes a detailed analysis on the innovation of the "college academy" collaborative management mode of Harbin Institute of Technology （Weihai）.

書院制度在我国有着一千多年的发展历史，是我国封建社会发展到中后期出现的一种专门针对少数人的精英教育机构。国外的书院又称住宿学院，属于学生宿舍管理模式，核心为导师制[1]，最早出现在欧洲，初衷是给那些居无定所的求学者提供住宿的地方以便其求学。

新中国成立以来，经过多次的教育改革，中国的教育已经取得了非常大的成效。当今社会面临各种各样新的挑战，对人才的需求也发生了新的变化，各高校积极改变教育观念，探索我国古代书院和国外住宿学院，集古今中外“书院制”之所长，在改革中探索新时代下我国“书院制”这一学生全面发展的教育管理模式。

1  国内外书院制教育管理模式

目前，世界上主要的书院制分别是以牛津大学和剑桥大学为代表的英国住宿学院模式，以哈佛大学、耶鲁大学为代表的美国住宿学院模式，以及融合中国古代书院精髓和西方书院管理模式的中国高校书院制模式。……
