摘  要：在一些突发的事件中，公民的应急意识在一定程度上决定着公民对于事件的看法，影响着事件发展的趋势，应急科普对于提升公民应急意识是十分重要的常识问题。该文通过个别实际情况对具体相关问题进行综合分析，简述了应急科普对提高公民应急素质的意义和应急科普宣传现状问题，并提出在互联网+背景下应急科普宣传教育多维互动实践模式，仅为作者个人观点，以期为应急科普宣教育创新提供一定参考。

Research on Innovation of Emergency Science Popularization and Education under the Background of Internet+

Abstract： In some emergencies， citizens' emergency awareness determines citizens' public opinion on the event to a certain extent and affects the development trend of the event. Emergency science popularization is a very important common sense problem for improving citizens' emergency awareness. This article makes a comprehensive analysis of specific issues through specific individual situations， and puts forward the multi-dimensional interactive practice mode of emergency science popularization education under the Internet+background， which provides a reference for the author's personal view and for the innovation of emergency science popularization education.

1  应急科普对提高公民应急素养的意义

应急科普的意义，是通过科普教育活动，使公民在发生突发事件时有一定的准备。当突发公共事件发生后，相关人员运用相关专业的手段和方法对相关知识进行普及，向公民传授专业的应对措施，在一定程度上能够舒缓公共情绪，这也是在发生公共事件或重大事件后处置的一个重要手段。以新型冠状肺炎疫情为例，2020年年初，我国爆发了新型冠状肺炎疫情，使得每个人都陷入了恐慌当中，百度App显示每天超过10亿人通过百度搜索了解疫情，这就说明了人们对于科普需求的不断提升，以及应急科普的重要性。应急科普中所涉及的科学知识、应对措施都有很强的专业性，所以应急科普对于提高公民应急素养有很重要的作用，使人们能够在危险发生时知道如何处置，在危险环境中保证自己的安全[1]。……
