【摘要】目的：明确急性心力衰竭的重症护理干预措施，并分析其临床应用效果。方法：本次研究对象全部选自本院2019年8月至2020年10月收治的86例急性心力衰竭患者，依据收集阶段实施护理干预措施不同进行分组，收集于实施常规护理干预、重症护理干预措施阶段患者分别纳入对照组和观察组，对比不同护理模式干预效果。结果：护理干预后，观察组6min步行距离、LVEF指标优于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组、死亡率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：重症护理干预应用于急性心力衰竭患者护理中，可改善其心功能，提高救治效率，改善患者生活质量，值得借鉴。

【Abstract】Objective：To define the severe nursing intervention measures of acute heart failure and analyze its clinical application effect. Methods： 86 cases of patients with acute heart failure in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the implementation of nursing intervention measures in the collection stage. The patients in the implementation of routine nursing intervention and severe nursing intervention were included in the control group and the observation group， and the intervention effects of different nursing modes were compared. Results： after the nursing intervention， the 6min walking distance and LVEF index of the observation group were better than those of the control group， the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group， and the mortality rate was lower than that of the control group （P< 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of severe nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with acute heart failure can improve their cardiac function， treatment efficiency and quality of life.

急性心力衰竭通常是由心脏功能突发异常所致，发病率较多的为急性左心衰，以急性肺部水肿或心源性休克为主要临床症状，患者常感觉呼吸困难、神疲乏力，属于临床危重症之一。心力衰竭是多种心脏疾病的终末期，通常起病迅速且突然，此类患者病情较为复杂，患者身心负担较重，加之预后质量极差，因此发病后需进行及时且有效的救治[1]。救治同时实施必要护理干预措施，是改善患者不良心理、提升其依从性、确保治疗效果的关键。本次研究对本院收治的急性心力衰竭患者救治同时辅以重症护理干预获得满意效果。现将护理方法及研究结果做如下报道。

1  资料和方法
