摘要：“十三五”期间，我国茶叶产业的快速健康发展，离不开标准的引领和助力;我国茶叶标准化工作也随国家对标准化工作的重视以及依托茶产业的发展而得到快速发展。文章结合“十三五”期间开展的茶叶标准化重点工作，对我国茶叶标准化现状进行梳理，并对“十四五”我国茶叶标准化工作重点任务和发展方向进行讨论，可为我国茶叶标准化工作推进提供决策和实践支持。

Abstract： During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period， the rapid and healthy development of China's tea industry was

inseparable from the guidance and assistance of standards. China's tea standardization has also developed rapidly with

the national attention to standardization and  tea industry development.This paper summarized the key tea standardi-

zation carried out during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period， sorted out the current situation of tea standardization in

China， and planed the key tasks and development directions of tea standardization in China in the "14th Five-Year Plan"

period， which could provide decision-making and practical support for the promotion of tea standardization in China.

標准化是为了在一定范围内获得最佳秩序，对现实问题或潜在问题确立共同使用和重复使用的条款的活动[1]。标准是为了在一定范围内获得最佳秩序，经协商一致确立并由公认机构批准，为活动或结果提供规则、指南和特性，供共同使用和重复使用的文件[1]。标准是经济活动和社会发展的技术支撑，是人类文明进步的成果，是世界通用语言。标准化在便利经贸往来、支撑产业发展、促进科技进步、规范社会治理中的作用日益凸显，中国也在不断加强标准化工作，将实施标准化战略作为一项重要和紧迫的任务。

标准化工作的任务是制定标准、组织实施标准和对标准的实施进行监督。茶叶领域涉及的标准一般包括技术标准、管理标准和工作标准等。其中技术标准是指对标准化领域中需要协调统一的技术事项所制定的标准，包括基础技术标准、产品标准、工艺标准、检测试验方法标准，以及安全、卫生、环保标准等。……
