摘要： 机械设计、制造及其自动化是最近十几年来一门新潮的技术。经过不断地发展和实践探索，其已有了趋近成熟的以自动化、信息化为主要特征的技术特点，这大大提高了机械设备的工作效率，让加工设备更接近人类的思维方式。自动化和信息化技术同时提高了机械加工设备的可靠性，提高了企业的效率，节约了生产成本，减少了人力依赖。本文主要阐述机械制造的观念、特征、机械设计过程以及机械制造融合了自动化技术之后可能的发展方向。

Abstract： Mechanical design， manufacturing and automation are a trendy technology in the past ten years. After continuous development and practical exploration， it has become mature with automation and information technology as the main characteristics， which greatly improves the working efficiency of mechanical equipment and makes processing equipment closer to the way of human thinking. Automation and information technology at the same time improve the reliability of mechanical processing equipment， improve the efficiency of enterprises， save production costs， and reduce human dependence. This article mainly elaborates the concept， characteristics， mechanical design process and possible development direction of mechanical manufacturing after the integration of automation technology in mechanical manufacturing.

0  引言

机械制造行业是我国的支柱性行业，也是我国所有生产生活中所用到的仪器、设备的来源，这有利于我国工业体系的不断完善。企业可以使用前卫的设计理念和制造技术进行加工制造，使机械设备的运行过程更合理可靠，效率方面更加突出。此外，这还可以使机械设备相较于传统设备更具竞争力。在机械制造领域，自动化技术的加入不仅仅提升了劳动生产率，减少必要劳动时间，还吹响了整个行业大变革的号角。自动化技术已逐渐成为机械设计与制造行业的龙头发展，目标。其进一步发展并不断地完善创新，这将使其适用范围更广、使用更方便。在企业的生产流程中，自动化技术将直接生成为生产力，提高企业的实际收益，因此设备的自动化程度是机械制造行业里的核心竞争力。……
