摘 要：针对航空情报在航班正常性中的作用，结合理论实践，在分析航空情报主要职责和发展现状的基础上，阐述了航空情报在航班正常性中的重要性和作用，并提出提升航空情报在航班正常性中作用的措施，最后通过深入分析，得出航空情报是确保航班能够正常运行关键环节的结论，希望对我国现代航空事业的发展有一定帮助。

Abstract：in view of the role of aviation information in flight normality，combined with theory and practice，and based on the analysis of the main responsibilities and development status of aviation information，this paper expounds the importance and role of aviation information in flight normality，and puts forward measures to improve the role of aviation information in flight normality.Finally，through in-depth analysis，It is concluded that aviation information is the key link to ensure the normal operation of flights， hoping to be helpful to the development of modern aviation in China.

在新時期背景下，人们对航班的安全性、高效性提出新的要求，而航班正确性作为衡量航班运行安全的主要指标，得到了社会各界人士的广泛关注。通过不完全统计，2020年，全国41家客运航空公司共执行航班352.1万班，其中正常航班311.6万班，不正常航班40.1万班，平均航班正常率为88.52%，同比增长6.87个百分点。其中，空管原因占不正常原因的0.75%，较去年同期下降0.68个百分点。航班平均延误时间9分钟，同比减少5分钟。我国航班正常性亟须提高，才能确保航班运行的安全性和高效性。航空情报作为维持航班正常运行的关键环节，受到人们的广泛关注，在这样的基础上，开展航空情报在航班正常性中的作用的研究就显得尤为重要。

航空情报的工作职责包括以下几个方面：第一，接受、处理、分类各项航行通告，为确保航班的正常性提供真实有效的数据依据;第二，根据相应的航班航向通告，确定航线，并撰写评估书面意见;第三，详细记录被告航班……
