摘  要：近年来， 我国许多高校在不断改进教育教学的过程中引入社会资源， 充分挖掘并利用校友资源，从而产生“校友育人”这一高校教育的新理念。校友资源内涵广泛，一般包括人才、物理、信息、文化以及社会影响力等，如何将校友资源和学生教育有机结合，从而实现校友育人的实际效果是文章撰写的初衷。以北京舞蹈学院为例，主要从三方面进行分析，一是概念;二是工作理念：服务育人、思政育人和资助育人;三是实施路径，包括实现学校与社会协同育人路径，搭建校友教育平台的育人路径，实现自助、互助、助人的育人路径。

Abstract： In recent years， many colleges and universities in our country introduce social resources in the process of continuous improvement of education， fully discover and use alumni resources; thus， the new concept of "alumni education" is born. The connotation of alumni resources is widely， including talents， physics， information， culture and social influence. How to integrate alumni resources with student education， so as to achieve the actual effect of alumni education is the original intention of this paper. Taking Beijing Dance Academy as an example， this paper mainly analyzes from three aspects： firstly， concept; secondly， working philosophy： service education， ideological and political education and subsidy education; thirdly， implementation path， including the path to realize collaborative education between school and society， the path to build alumni education platform， and the path to realize self-help， mutual assistance and helping other people.

一、新时代背景下迎来了校友育人工作的新契机

（一）校友及校友育人的界定

按照上级行政直管单位要求，在社团组织章程里将校友定义为：北京舞蹈学院校友即（含北京舞蹈学院附中、北京舞蹈学校等院系或名称调整时）在北京舞蹈学院学习或工作过的师生员工（含毕业生、肄业生、实习生、进修生、成教生、留学生或任教、任职者）及在校师生员工均可成为个人会员[1]。

“校友育人”关联着高校两个方面的重要工作，即“校友资源开发”与“人才培养模式”。人才培养是我国大学的核心工作和第一要务。而校友是高校人才培养成果的直接体现，校友工作是基于校友与母校之间的情感联系与平台建设，实现高校、校友、社会之间的资源互通。……
