摘  要：高标准的工程实践与训练是提高化学工程与工艺专业学生动手能力和创新意识的关键环节，也是工程教育认证的基本要求之一。在当前工程教育认证轰轰烈烈开展的背景下，积极开展实践教学改革和探索，对推动学院工程教育专业认证工作和培养高素质应用型人才具有十分重要的意义。文章结合我校作为地方高师院校的特点，客观地指出了我校化学工程与工艺专业实践教学过程中存在的主要问题，并提出了实践教学改革的内容和措施。

Abstract： High standard of engineering practice and training is the key to improve the practical ability and innovative consciousness of Chemical Engineering students， and is also one of the basic requirements for engineering education certification. Under the background of the vigorous development of engineering education accreditation， it is of great significance to actively carry out the reform and exploration of practical teaching to promote the accreditation of engineering education specialty and cultivate high-quality applied talents. Based on the characteristics of our school as a local normal university， the main problems existing in the process of practical teaching of Chemical Engineering specialty were pointed out and the contents and measures of practical teaching reform were discussed in this paper.

随着“一带一路”的建设和国际交流合作的进一步深化，我国对优秀的工程技术人才的需求也越来越迫切。培养适应当代社会发展需求的卓越工程技术人才已成为当前高校工程类专业人才培养中义不容辞的责任和使命。工程教育专业认证是世界各缔约国通行的工程教育质量保证体系，同时也是实施工程教育体系国际间互认及工程师资质的国际间互认标准[1-2]。2016年6月，我国正式成为《华盛顿协议》的成员国之一，这是中国对外开放高等教育的一大进步，标志着中国工程教育的人才培养标准与国际通用标准相符合，这也是经济全球化背景下工程技术人才国际化发展的大趋势[3]。工程教育认证不仅仅成为高校工科类专业建设发展的大趋势，而且也是促进新工科建设的有力手段。……
