摘 要：社会治理是国家治理的重要组成部分。随着信息技术的革新和发展，大数据产业已经成为提升社会治理能力、实现数字化社会治理的重要依托。近年来，云浮多角度全方位发展大数据产业，积极推进社会治理现代化进程。文章从大数据创新社会治理的内在逻辑结合云浮社会治理现状与机遇，积极探索大数据时代下实现云浮数字化社会治理提升路径，实现云浮治理能力现代化的稳步推进。

Abstract：Social governance is an important part of national governance.With the reform and development of information technology，the big data industry has become an important support for promoting social governance and realizing digital social governance.In recent years，Yunfu government has developed the big data industry in an allround way from multiple angles and actively promoted the modernization of social governance.From the internal logic of big data innovation social governance，combined with the current situation and opportunities of Yunfu social governance，this paper actively explores the promotion path of Yunfu digital social governance in the era of big data，so as to realize the steady progress of the modernization of Yunfu governance.

国之兴衰系于制，民之安乐皆由治，良好的社会治理能力与效能是国家和谐稳定、人民安居乐业的保障。我们正处于信息爆炸性增长的大数据时代，依托大数据加速社会治理数字化进程，打造共建共治共享社会治理格局是当下重要的时代命题。大数据作为一种资源、思维和技术能有效推动社会治理体系和治理能力不断进步，由传统主观治理转向理性科学治理，促进实现数字化社会治理。

一、大数据与社会治理的理论基础

（一）大数据的内涵与特点

大数据是网络与信息技术发展过程中因全球数据量迅猛增长而发展起来的一种海量的数据状态及数据获取、存储、管理和分析应用处理技术。大数据作为数据大爆炸的产物，具有数据规模大，全样本数据采集及原始状态生成记录三大特性。大数据既是一种应用与思维，更是一种新的世界观和方法论，赋予人们更加强大的认识世界和改造世界的能力[1]。……
