摘  要 细胞生物学是现代医学的基础和支柱学科，实验教学是医学细胞生物学教学中的重要组成部分，但教学现状不容乐观。对学校医学细胞生物学实验课教学现状进行客观描述，分析教学过程中存在的主要问题，并针对性地从教学内容、教学模式、考核方式等几方面提出改革策略，旨在为今后提高医学细胞生物学实验课的教学质量提供建议。

Abstract Cell biology is the basic and pillar disciplines of modern medicine， and experimental teaching is an important part of cell me-dical biology teaching， but the current teaching situation is not opti-mistic. First of all， this paper describes the current situation of the experimental course of medical cell biology in our school objectively， and analyzes the main problems in the teaching process， and puts for-ward the reform strategies from the teaching content， teaching mode， assessment mode and other aspects， in order to provide suggestions for improving the teaching quality of the experimental course of medical cell biology in the future.

0  前言

21世紀是生命科学的世纪，细胞生物学作为生命科学的基础学科和前沿学科[1]，其理论与技术的研究成果不断向医学领域渗透，在很大程度上促进了医学的发展，因此，医学细胞生物学已然成为医学院校重要的基础课程[2]。同时，医学细胞生物学是一门实验性很强的学科，实验课作为其不可或缺的组成部分，良好的教学有助于巩固学生对理论知识的学习和理解，提高学生对生命科学研究的兴趣和爱好，培养学生的动手能力、科研思维和科学素养，为今后从事医学相关工作打下坚实的基础[3]。然而，目前许多医学院校的细胞生物学实验教学普遍滞后于理论教学，教学现状不容乐观。本文以安徽医科大学医学细胞生物学实验课教学为例，对其教学现状进行描述和分析，并针对存在的问题提出几点改革策略。
