摘要：在当前教育教学体制的不断改革下，职业教育不仅要求学生获取基本的专业知识，还需要掌握和发展各种新技能。汽车发动机课程的专业教学，需要根据当前新的职业技能标准，注重在课程内容方面改革，提高学生的技能水平，有效满足岗位需求，提高职业教育的就业率，培养拥有多项技能的优秀人才，为社会输送全能型人才。

Abstract： With the continuous reform of the current education and teaching system， vocational education requires students not only to acquire basic professional knowledge， but also to master and develop various new skills. The professional teaching of automobile engine course， according to the current new vocational skills standards， needs to pay attention to the reform in the course content， improve the students' skill level， effectively meet the job demand， improve the employment rate of vocational education， cultivate excellent talents with a variety of skills， and provide all-round talents for the society.

0  引言

在当前职业教育的发展过程中，根据《职业教育改革实施方案》中的相关要求，职业技术学校应注重培养复合型人才，要在职业学校实施“1+X证书制度”，提高职业院校的就业率，满足社会对复合型人才的需求。

1  “1+X证书制度”的相关概念阐述

“1+X证书制度”中的“1”指的是学历证书，学生报考相对应的学校和专业，应该获得的学历证书，“X”指的是若干职业技能等级证书。学生在掌握基本的专业技能之外，还应掌握其他方面的专业技能，学历证书能够反映出学校培养人才的质量，职业技能等级证书则是毕业生，或者是个人技术能力的最好凭证，能够将整个人所具备的个人综合能力反映出来，为以后更好适应工作岗位奠定良好的基础。

2  “1+X证书制度”实施的重要作用

在社会主义发展趋势下，职业教育需要进一步改革，“1+X证书制度”的实施，也是社会发展下所影响的，是为了培养新一代的复合型人才。一是“1+X证书制度”是职业教育的一种新的教育类型和模式，注重落实和完善职业教育培训体系，实现校企合作。……
