摘  要：高职院校应将“课程思政”中的思政元素内容与企业管理课程相结合，使企业管理课程具有技能性、实践性、专业性等特点。“课程思政”教育应贯穿于人才教育体系，应广泛开展“课程思政”教育，应将“课程思政”教育纳入高校教育体系当中，应重视课程建设。因此，如何有效地引入“课程思政”因素是高职企业管理课程教育的核心问题。

Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into Higher Vocational Enterprise

Management Course

Abstract： Higher vocational colleges should combine the ideological and political elements in the "curriculum ideological and political" with the Enterprise Management curriculum， so that the Enterprise Management curriculum has the characteristics of skill， practicality and specialty "curriculum ideological and political" education should run through the talent education system， widely carry out "curriculum ideological and political" education， bring "curriculum ideological and political" education into the college education system， and pay attention to curriculum construction. Therefore， how to effectively introduce the factor of "curriculum ideological and political" is the core issue of higher vocational Enterprise Management curriculum education.

落实德育基本任务，推进高校思政元素建设，关键是要充分挖掘和科学利用各科的“课程思政”教育内容，使其与职业教育协调发展。为确保高职企业管理课程与“课程思政”课走同一条道路，应坚持以德治人的原则，探索企业管理“课程思政”因素，深入探索与课程建设相结合的“课程思政”因素，立足实际，拓展“课程思政”因素，科学整合教学内容，贯穿整个课程过程，突出教师的魅力和教育效果。

1  高职企业管理课程融入思政元素的设计

该课程融入思政元素设计原则主要有以下两个方面。

1.1 共建共享原则

将“课程思政”因素纳入企业管理，就必须对其进行重组，使之与企业的阶级内容相适应。高等职业学校在共享“课程思政”教育资源的同时，要鼓励高等职业学校教师挖掘其“课程思政”教育因素，不断设计、开发和开展“课程思政”教育的合作与交流，为“课程思政”教育融入课程、普及课程提供根本保障[1]。

1.2 结合实际原则

坚持大学生的社会主义基本价值观，坚定理想信念，关心和爱护新时期的专业技术人员，是把高职政治纳入企业管理课程的重要原因。……
