摘  要：在我国经济快速发展的背景下，高层建筑项目数量正在快速增加。电梯作为人们日常出行的便捷工具，其运用不仅能够提升住宅的满意度，同时在公共建筑上的运用也能够为货物运输提供便捷。电梯的运用安全往往关系着人们的生命财产安全，因此，该文主要对电梯用钢丝绳的损坏检验及维护保养进行研究分析，旨在对当前检验过程存在的问题进行详细阐述，并提出相应的维护保养策略，从而为以后类似的研究提供一定的参考建议。

Damage Inspection and Maintenance of Steel Wire Rope for Elevator

Abstract： Under the background of China's rapid economic development， the number of high-rise building projects is increasing rapidly. As a convenient tool for people's daily living， the use of elevator can not only improve the satisfaction of housing， but also provide convenience for goods transportation in public buildings. The use safety of elevator is often related to people's life and property safety. Therefore， this paper mainly studies and analyzes the damage inspection and maintenance of elevator steel wire rope， in order to elaborate the problems existing in the current inspection process， and put forward related maintenance strategies， so as to provide some reference suggestions for similar research in the future.

钢丝绳作为电梯的重要组成部分，其不仅关系着电梯箱的悬挂垂重，同时与驱动电机共同运作实现电梯的上下运行。在日常电梯的运用过程中，钢丝绳往往受到多种外力的影响，严重的时候存在磨损与变形的情况，该类问题的出现往往影响着电梯的安全运行。因此，在实际的电梯运用过程中，需要检验人员在定期开展的检验工作中，对电梯用钢丝绳的损坏情况进行检测评估，借助维护保养策略的有效覆盖，消除相应的安全隐患，以此保障电梯的运行安全，从而为社会经济的稳定发展保驾护航。

1  电梯用钢丝绳的损坏情况分析

在电梯的日常正常运用过程中，电梯用钢丝绳的突然断裂情况发生概率几乎不存在，但是其磨损情况的存在也造成了不安全的运行隐患。在现有的电梯用钢丝绳的损坏情况分析中，其主要受到钢丝绳的选用不合适、安装不当、电梯钢丝绳运行环境较差以及维护保养不到位等诸多因素的影响。……
