【摘    要】劳动是幼儿启蒙教育中的重要组成内容，从小培养幼儿的劳动意识、劳动技能有助于让幼儿从小养成爱劳动的社会美德与良好习惯。在幼儿园的日常学习和生活中，幼儿的一日生活、领域教育、种植养殖、节日主题、游戏互动、家庭教育等无不渗透着劳动的意蕴。为此，本文在分析开展幼儿劳动教育价值的前提下，从生活活动、领域活动、种植活动、节日主题活动、游戏活动以及家庭教育五个方面，提出幼儿园开展劳动教育的有效途径，希望可以真正发挥幼儿园劳动教育的意义。

Effective Ways to Carry out Labor Education in Kindergartens

【Abstract】Labor is an important part of children's enlightenment education. Cultivating children's labor awareness and labor skills from an early age will help children develop social virtues and good habits that love labor from an early age. In the daily study and life of kindergartens， children's daily life， field education， planting and breeding， festival themes， game interaction， family education， etc. are all permeated with the meaning of labor. For this reason， based on the analysis of the value of labor education for children， this article proposes effective ways to carry out labor education in kindergartens from five aspects： life activities， field activities， planting activities， festival theme activities， game activities and family education. I hope that the significance of kindergarten labor education can be truly brought into play.

勞动教育是衡量人类教育发展是否平衡的重要依据，从小培养幼儿的生活自理能力、动手能力和劳动责任感意识，有助于在幼儿的脑海中树立正确的价值观。目前，我国幼儿教育中虽然也介入了各种劳动教育的内容，但是主要以“理论教育+课程活动”的方式为主，这种教学方式容易让幼儿对劳动产生反感情绪，不利于激发幼儿的自觉劳动意识。因此，为了拓展目前幼儿劳动教育的格局，打破现有的局限教学观念，我们准备从多元化的角度入手，利用幼儿的生活、游戏、学习等空间逐渐渗透劳动教育，培养一代社会人才。

一、开展幼儿劳动教育的价值

幼儿时期的劳动主要指幼儿通过一定的体力活动实现服务自己和他人的目的，从根本上分析，幼儿参与劳动的过程也是他们主动与世界相互作用的过程。……
